销售场景需要品质、理念、传达，以及照顾到客群审美偏好。

The sales scene requires quality, concept, communication, and consideration of the aesthetic preferences of the customer base.

会所场景则需要满足更多的公共拓展，包含又不限于业主会客、活动、集会等等 ；作为出入的节点空间，既要创造家的归属感，还要兼具多功能兼容的场景感。

The clubhouse scene needs to meet more public expansion, including but not limited to owners of guests, activities, gatherings, etc.; as access to the node space, not only to create a sense of belonging to the home, but also multi-functional compatibility of the scene sense.

基于华府项目年轻定位的诉求，设计以现代的语言说轻松的故事，三角体带来了体量感与视觉招惹；既解决正入口的开面小的劣势，也积极向内招揽。

Based on the young positioning of the Huafu project, the design tells light-hearted stories in modern language, and the triangular structure brings a sense of volume and visual appeal; it not only solves the disadvantage of the small opening at the entrance, but also actively attracts inward.

占地有限的情况下，平面的三角关系，极大程度丰富了动线及视角。

Given the limited space available, the triangular relationship in the plan greatly enriches the circulation and perspectives.

形态上的转折流动和延伸，传递着活泼与变化，也容纳洽谈与会客的多样性。

立面和顶面的倾斜体量，则演化出区别于城市横纵向延伸的意味，结合原木质与灰色石材的天然肌理衬托，大尺度的三角体组合，也营造出一丝山石之境的恬淡归属享受。

The tilted volume of the facade and roof evolves the meaning of horizontal and vertical extension different from that of the city. Combined with the natural texture of the original wood and gray stone, the combination of large-scale triangular bodies also creates a hint of the quiet belonging to the enjoyment of the mountainous and rocky realm.
